The Maintenance Improvement Program (MIP) runs seamlessly in parallel with the Implementation Management Program (IMP) to ensure the people skills and culture are developed at the same time as technical and organisational improvements to ensure ongoing success.   This approach will ensure the successful implementation of the recommendations emanating from a Maintenance Operations Review (MOR) or from other business programs and initiatives.
